With love and gratitude, we remember the life of Ed Pastorchik—a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend, and faithful man whose warmth and humor touched so many.
Born in Ghost Pine Creek, Alberta, Ed built a life rooted in hard work, family, friendship, and faith. Through many dedicated years in the towing industry, he became known across Western Canada for his absolute integrity, skill, and unique ability to connect genuinely with people wherever his travels took him.
Ed had a rare gift for conversation and an easy charisma that made everyone feel instantly welcome and at ease. Whether sharing stories, enjoying a laugh over a game of cards, discussing a round of golf, or tending meticulously to his beloved vegetable gardens, he brought steadiness, kindness, and joy to those around him.
His unshakeable faith in Christ remained his guiding foundation throughout his life, bringing him deep peace and confidence for what lies beyond. He will be lovingly remembered by Marlies, his wife of 37 years, his family, and the countless neighbors and companions who shared in his journey.
